Locks up every time; no support

This app looks like it has all the features I would like, and the interface is attractive. Sadly, whenever I define a new task and press Done, it locks up and wont respond until I close it down completely and restart. There does not appear to be a way to reach user support -- no links inside the app, and the web site is just an information page with no contact links. Too bad...
